A Swedish Tiger - The History of the Emergency Preparedness Museum 1996 - 2026

The Emergency Preparedness Museum started as a small private, costly, impossible project by Johan and Marie Andrée, in the fall of 1996. Today, the Emergency Preparedness Museum is Sweden's only museum in an underground military facility built during World War II.

You can read the whole story of how the Preparedness Museum started, was built up, developed, was forced to fight against government competition, preserved the significance of A Swedish Tiger and was finally anchored for all time in Djuramossa here at preparednessmuseum.com.

The 64 episodes are divided into five chapters, which can be read below. If you would rather listen to the story, go to the audio files here!
